We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
Items must be returned in resalable condition
Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used dietary supplements, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
